These terms apply to everyone who uses togetherstepbystep.com (the “website”), which is run by Diana advies en begeleiding (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. What the website offers

Articles, information about our guidance for parents and educators, free printable games, and a members area with online games for invited families. Paid services, such as consultations, guidance and workshops, are agreed with you separately and are not covered by these terms.

2. General information, not personal advice

The content on this website is general information about young children, play and language. It does not replace personal advice from a qualified professional, such as a doctor, speech therapist or psychologist. If you are worried about your child’s development, please contact a professional. Every child is different, so use the ideas in a way that suits your child and your family.

3. Copyright and using our content

All texts, photos, illustrations, the logo, the games and the printables are protected by copyright. They belong to Diana advies en begeleiding or are used with permission.

You may:

• read the website and share links to it;
• print the printables for use at home, in your own classroom or in another non-commercial setting;
• quote a short passage, as long as you mention and link to the source.

You may not, without our written permission:

• sell, copy or publish the content, the games or the printables, including sharing the files on another website or in a social media group;
• remove our name or logo from the materials;
• use the content for commercial purposes.

4. The members area

The members area is open by personal invitation only and is linked to your own Google account. Please keep your access personal and do not share it with others. We may pause or end access at any time, for example in case of misuse.

The games save the words you add only on your own device. You are responsible for what you type into them.

5. Printables and games

The printables and games are free and provided as they are. We recommend that an adult supervises when children cut out or play with small cards. Colors and print quality depend on your printer.

6. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the website available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available, complete or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop parts of the website at any time.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from using the website, the information on it, or the printables and games. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data and cookies is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection that the mandatory laws of your country give you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
